Sundowns Unveil Home And Away Kit
Global sports company PUMA and Mamelodi SundownsFootball Club (MSFC) today launched the new Home and Away kits for the 2024/25 season.The Rise.Rule.
Repeat. kits are in the traditional yellow for Home and blue for Away, with an Africaninspired pattern featuring graphics of crowns and stars. The design tells the club’s story from itsestablishment (the Rise), with the Crowns representing consecutive PSL titles and overall dominancein South African football and the Stars representing the men’s and women’s teams success in the CAFChampions League (the Rule) and the unprecedented run of success which stands at 14 league titlesand counting (the Repeat).
“The kit tells the story of the club’s glorious rise to become undisputedly the most successful team inPSL history, including winning the past seven league titles in a row. Masandawana own the crown offootball in South Africa and the star represents the team’s conquest of the continent,” said Brett Bellinger, Marketing Director of PUMA South Africa.

The Kit features a Sundowns badge updated to a rubberised version, “Sky is the limit” wording on theback of the neckline, and an authentication badge.The Authentic shirt to be worn by the players on the pitch is made with PUMA’s ULTRAWEAVE fabric,which reduces weight and friction, and features an athletic fit for elite-level performance. The Replicashirt is made with recycled polyester.The Home and Away shirts will be available on 1 August 2024.
The Authentic Players Shirt (R1599) willonly be available on PUMA.com and PUMA Retail Stores, while the Replica men (R1199) Replicawomen (R1099), and Replica kids (R999) will be available from PUMA.com, PUMA Retail Stores,Sportsmans Warehouse, Totalsports, Studio 88 and selected retailers.
A selection of fanwear will alsobe available throughout the season.Mamelodi Sundowns will wear the kit for the first time when they play SV Sandhausen in Austria on16 July 2024.
