Kruger Unveils 26 New Players Ahead Of Next Season

Motsepe Foundation Championship side Kruger United has strengthened its squad with 26 new players, including a former Mamelodi Sundowns goalkeeper, ahead of the 2024/25 season.
Kruger has confirmed the signings of Ex Sundowns shot-stopper Zama Dlamini and Nonyane from Baroka FC.
Dlamini previously played for Sundowns but didn’t get much playing time. He has also featured for Chippa United and Baroka.
He was part of the Bakgaga team that won the 2018/19 Telkom Knockout Cup. The club also welcomed Tshediso Patjie, Mumuin Abubakar, Nkosinathi Ononogbu, and Thabo Nkwana.
Veteran defender Nonyane has played for Mpumalanga Black Aces, Golden Arrows, Bidvest Wits, TTM, Marumo Gallants, and Baroka FC.
The upcoming campaign will be Kruger’s first in the South African second-tier NFD after winning the ABC Motsepe League national playoffs in June 2024.

They will kick off the 2024/25 season with an away match against Hungry Lions at Suzuki Stadium on Saturday, 24 August.
