Motsepe Foundation Championship side Milford FC has completed the signing of winger Cebo Mchunu from Orlando Pirates on a season-long loan, the club confirmed.  

Mchunu joined the Soweto giants at the beginning of the 2023/24 season after an impressive performance with Bizana Pondo FC in the Khabba Cup.  

The 22-year-old spent last season on loan at Pretoria Callies in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.  

The loan deal was finalized after Mchunu successfully his medical with Milford on Thursday.  

He was notably absent from Pirates pre-season camp in Spain. Mchunu signed a three-year deal with the Buccaneers until June 2025. 

Milford will have new coach in Mandla Qhogi, who was previously coaching Orlando Pirates in the DStv Diski Challenge and was also at Sekhukhune United.
