Pirates Closely Monitor Golden Arrows Midfield Duo

Sportswire has learned that Orlando Pirates are closely monitoring two key Golden Arrows players, Siyanda Ndlovu and Isaac Cisse, following their impressive performances this season, which have attracted the attention of the Buccaneers’ technical team.

The duo have been outstanding for Arrows this campaign, with Cisse enjoying his first season at the 2009 MTN8 champions after joining the club at the beginning of the season.

According to information gathered by Sportswire, Pirates coach Abdeslam Ouaddou was particularly impressed by their displays on 5 November last year when Pirates defeated Arrows 3-1 in Durban.

Ndlovu, who is 23 years old, was expected to complete a move to the Buccaneers during the January transfer window, but Ouaddou’s side instead opted to sign Daniel Msendami, allowing Ndlovu to continue shining for Abafana Besthende.

That decision has proven beneficial for both the player and Arrows, as Ndlovu has remained a key figure in the team.

The pair could now emerge as Pirates’ first signings ahead of next season, with Ouaddou continuing to track their progress and regularly watching them whenever Arrows are in action.

Ndlovu has registered four goals and five assists in 16 Betway Premiership matches this season, while Cisse, operating as a defensive midfielder, has contributed two goals in nine league appearances.
