PSL To Announce 2026 MTN8 Final Venue Tonight
The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has announced that the venue for the 2026 MTN8 final will be revealed on Monday evening during the Extra Time show on SuperSport.
The marquee final is scheduled for Saturday, 10 October, featuring a heavyweight clash between two giants of South African football—Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.
These two titans have dominated the competition over the last five seasons. Pirates enter the showpiece seeking to extend an incredible streak, having won the trophy in each of the last four years, while Sundowns last lifted the Wafa Wafa crown in the 2021/22 season at Moses Mabhida Stadium.
The Durban venue remains a strong favorite to host the final once again, having served as the backdrop for the showpiece in recent years.
“The Premier Soccer League (PSL) will tonight announce the venue for the 2026 MTN8 Final, live on Extra Time, the popular football show on SuperSport PSL (Channel 202), at 20h00,” the league confirmed in a statement on Monday.
“The live broadcast will also feature the MTN8 Final Home and Away Draw, as well as key ticketing information.”
