AmaTuks Appoint Kopo As New Coach

The University of Pretoria has announced the appointment of Kwanele Kopo as their new head coach.
Kopo replaces Tlisane Motaung, who departed the club at the end of last season.
Kopo, formerly an assistant coach at SuperSport United, joins “Tuks” after his contract with Chippa United expired in January.
He brings a wealth of experience, having spent 22 years at SuperSport in various capacities. This includes a stint leading their DStv Diski Challenge side and serving as an assistant coach to Pitso Mosimane.
Tuks, who have previously reached the PSL playoffs—including in the 2023/24 season—will be looking to Kopo to guide the team to promotion to the PSL top flight next season.
