Nedbank Cup Round Of 16 Draw Announced
The top three teams in the PSL have been drawn against varied opposition in the Nedbank Cup round of 16.
Orlando Pirates, the champions of the last two Nedbank Cup tournaments, will host Baroka FC.
Mamelodi Sundowns, who were defeated by Pirates in last season’s final, will play Mpheni Home Defenders at home.
Kaizer Chiefs, whose last Nedbank Cup triumph was in 2013, will host Chippa United, the losing finalists of the 2020/21 season against Marumo Gallants.
An intriguing matchup sees SuperSport United, three-time winners of the competition (most recently in 2017), face Motsepe Foundation Championship side Cape Town Spurs.
The Nedbank Cup round of 16 fixtures are as follows:
