TS Galaxy Reign Supreme At The Top Of HWBSL

The Hollywoodbets Super League was in action this past weekend, with only five games, resulting in four wins and one draw, with 10 goals scored. 

TS Galaxy Queens have moved to the first place with 43 points after 18 games following their 2-1 win against City Lads over the weekend. 

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies, who were the log leaders, were not playing this past weekend, and they are now in position number two with 41 points in 17 games.

In other games, Copperbelts played a 0-0 draw against JVW Girls, while UCT Ladies beat First Touch Ladies 1-0. 

Ezemvelo suffered a disappointing 1-0 loss at home against the University of Fort Hare Ladies, and Durban Ladies continued with their struggle as they lost 3-2 at home against Richmond Ladies.

The South African women’s top-tier league will continue this coming weekend, and all teams will be playing this time around. Five games will take place on Saturday, and then on Sunday, we’ll see three more exciting games. 

On Saturday, TS Galaxy Queens will be aiming to revive their top spot as they will be facing the University of Pretoria Ladies. 

UWC Ladies will be visited by the struggling Royal AM, while First Touch Ladies will be facing Ezemvelo. UCT Ladies are set to visit Richmond Ladies in Limpopo, and the last game of the day will see TUT Matsatsantsa Ladies facing Durban Ladies in Durban.

On Sunday, there will be a festival double header in the Eastern Cape, where in the first game in the morning, City Lads will be facing Copperbelts, and later in the day, Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies will be facing University of Fort Hare Ladies. 

The last game of the day will be at UJ Soweto Stadium, where we’ll see an exciting match to watch. UJ Ladies will face JVW Girls in a Johannesburg Derby match that promises to be a great match.
