AmaZulu has appointed Mncedisi Dada Sibiya as their new DStv Diski Challenge coach.

Sibiya replaces Vusi Vilakazi, who was promoted to the first team to serve as co-coach with Arthur Zwane on Tuesday.

The duo is succeeding Pablo Franco Martin, who was dismissed last week, leaving the Diski team without a coach.

“Welcome to the family! We’re thrilled to announce Mncedisi Sibiya as our new Reserve Team Head Coach. Let’s give him a warm welcome!” AmaZulu said in a statement.

Sibiya previously worked at the feeder team of Orlando Pirates, Pele Pele.

Dada’s first game in charge of Usuthu will be against SuperSport United at Sugar Ray Xulu Stadium on Sunday at 13:00.
