Margeman In Pain Watching SuperSport Suffer

SuperSport United central midfielder Grant Margeman finds it hard and upsetting witnessing his team in the relegation zone.
As one of the key players of SuperSport, Margeman suffered a torn ACL injury at the beginning of the season.
Amatsantsa A Pitori is currently sitting at position 15 with 21 points after 21 games, and partly to that is the absence of Magerman, who has formed a good understanding with Siphesihle Ndlovu.
Additionally, SuperSport has won only five games out of 21 games and got knocked out of the Nedbank Cup quarterfinals by Orlando Pirates. Coach Gavin Hunt was fired a couple of days ago, and Andre Arendse, his assistant, has been appointed to take over on an interim basis until the end of the season.
“Yeah, it is upsetting, you know, as a player you want to be part of the team, you want to be on the field, you want to help the guys, so it has been a bit difficult, especially for me,” said Margeman.
The 26-year-old is looking forward to the upcoming fixtures, mentioning that they are going to take it one game at a time.
“It’s definitely to make sure that we take it one game at a time and to make sure that we take instructions from coach Andre from the first get-go, to do what he wants from the players, to what he expects from the guys,” he said.
“The guys that are going to be on the team on Sunday are going to need to go out there and do the job.”
SuperSport will look to return to winning ways when they play against Cape Town City at the Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday (17:45).
