Sekhukhune Adds Former Orlando Pirates Target

Former Royal AM attacker Shaune Mogaila has joined Sekhukhune United.
Mogaila was released by Royal AM in January following a breakdown in negotiations with club owned by Shawn Mkhize.
The 29-year-old joined the KwaZulu-Natal-based club in the 2021/22 season after leaving Highlands Park alongside Marlon Heugh and Mxolisi Macuphu. He was previously linked with the moved to Orlando Pirates, but did not happen.
“Sekhukhune United are delighted to announce the signing of winger Shaune Mogaila. Welcome to the Babina Noko Family,” the club said.
It has been a busy transfer window for Sekhukhune, who have strengthened their squad with the additions of Keletso Makgalwa and Relebogile Mokhuoane. Other new signings include midfielder Thabang Monare, goalkeeper Loydt Kazapua, left-back Vuyo Letlapa, and highly-rated striker Andy Boyeli from Zambian MTN Super League side Power Dynamos, Njabulo Ngcobo and Joseph Mphaga.
Sekhukhune have also appointed Herr Peter Hyballa as their new head coach, replacing Lehlohonolo Seema who was dismissed at the end of last season.
These signings come as Sekhukhune prepare to compete in the CAF Confederation Cup next season after securing a fourth-place finish last season.
