Sibisi: MTN8 Final Will Be ‘Difficult’

Orlando Pirates defender Nkosinathi Sibisi says that the MTN8 final against Stellenbosch will be difficult, but however revealed that they are well prepared for it.
Pirates will play their fourth consecutive final of this competition against Stellies at Mbombela Stadium on Saturday [18:00].
This highly anticipated encounter makes the repetition of last season’s final, where Amabhakaniya won 3-1 on a controversial basis.
Sibisi sees this as a difficult encounter, but notes that they are ready and hoping to get the positive results.
“The preparations for the game against Stellenbosch have gone very well, and it’s good to be back with the guys, training again,” said Sibisi.
“We know it’s going to be a very difficult encounter, but we’re looking forward to it and we are hopeful that we will get the results on Saturday.”
The defender further expressed that he doesn’t feel pressure to lift this trophy for the first time as a captain of the club, having been handed the captain’s armband by the club at the start of the season.
“No, no, no, there is no sort of pressure. I think it’s for us as a group, not only for me as an individual,” said Sibisi.
“I’ve been part of the success of the club, winning five trophies, and to do it one more time, it will be special with this special group of players. So there’s no pressure on my side, so it’s for everyone, not just for me.”
