Sundowns Ladies Keep Rolling In The Hollywoodbets Super League

The Hollywoodbets Super League was in full swing over the weekend, with seven victories and just one draw, accompanied by 22 goals scored across the eight matches played.

Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies continued their dominance in the league, beating UCT Ladies 1-0 to maintain their top spot in the standings.

Banyana Ba Style remain on top of the log with 41 points, while UCT Ladies are in eighth position with 25 points.

In another thrilling match, City Lads Ladies produced a 10-goal thriller against struggling Durban Ladies, winning 6-4. Despite the win, City Lads are still in 12th position with 20 points, while Durban Ladies remain at the bottom of the log with just five points.

Other results from the weekend saw JVW Girls play out a 1-1 draw against TUT Matsatsantsa Ladies, while UJ suffered a disappointing 2-0 loss to Richmond Ladies.

UWC Ladies secured a 1-0 win over First Touch Ladies, and Ezemvelo Ladies edged out Copperbelts 1-0.

University of Fort Hare Ladies also secured a narrow 1-0 win over University of Pretoria Ladies, while TS Galaxy Queens thrashed Royal AM Ladies 3-1.

The Hollywoodbets Super League will continue this coming weekend, with six matches scheduled for Saturday and two for Sunday.

Some of the key fixtures include the University of Pretoria Ladies facing First Touch Ladies, Royal AM Ladies visiting Copperbelts, and Ezemvelo Ladies taking on Sundowns Ladies.

UCT Ladies will host City Lads Ladies, while UJ Ladies will face TUT Matsatsantsa Ladies. Richmond Ladies will also take on UWC Ladies.

On Sunday, the highly anticipated match between JVW Girls and TS Galaxy Queens will take center stage, while Durban Ladies will look to pick up their first win of the season

against the University of Fort Hare Ladies.
