Arrows Ship Out Zambian Striker To Zanaco

Durban-based side Lamontville Golden Arrows have loaned out striker Wisdom Moyela Libamba to Zambian club Zanaco FC.
Arrows signed the 31-year-old from Forest Rangers with the expectation that he would contribute significantly to the team’s goalscoring tally.
However, this has not materialized. Libamba has not featured for the club since December, when he played only 11 minutes in a match against Richards Bay.
Born in Kabwe, Zambia, Libamba has made only three appearances for Arrows this season, failing to score or register any assists. This lack of impact is a significant disappointment, considering his primary role as a goalscorer.
In the previous season, his first with the club, Libamba scored only one goal in six appearances. This underwhelming performance has led to his loan move back to Zambia, suggesting that he may not have a long-term future with Arrows.
With Libamba’s departure, co-coaches Musa Bilankulu and Kagiso Dikgacoi are left with Ryan Moon, Kagiso Malinga, and Knox Mutizwa as their available strikers. However, Mutizwa, the club’s all-time leading scorer, has been sidelined since October due to injury.
Furthermore, promising young player Lungelo Nguse, highly regarded by the club, will miss the remainder of the season after suffering an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury.
