Kapinga Finds New Club After Leaving Pirates
Sekhukhune United have confirmed the addition of midfielder Lesedi Kapinga to their squad.
Kapinga was clubless after he was released by Orlando Pirates before the transfer window was slammed shut.
Kapinga spent just one season at the Soweto giants, having joined them from Mamelodi Sundowns. The 29-year-old made 13 appearances in all competitions for the Pirates during his time at the club.
“Sekhukhune United are delighted to announce the signing of midfielder Lesedi Kapinga. Welcome to the Babina Noko Family,” the club stated in an official announcement.
Kapinga joins a long list of new signings at Sekhukhune United, including Sipho Mbule, Thabang Monare, Njabulo Ngcobo, Relebogile Mokhuoane, Mcedi Vandala, Lloyd Kazapua, Keletso Makgalwa, Joseph Maphaga, Vuyo Letlapa, Andy Boyeli, Sikhosonke Langa, Katlego Mohamme, Camren Ashby, Tshepo Mokoane, and Shaune Mogaila.
