Two-time PSL Footballer of the Year, Teko Modise, will add star power to the prestigious Khabba Cup final, sponsored by Hollywoodbets, South Africa’s leading sports betting operator.

The Khabba Cup, a premier youth football tournament in Durban, kicked off at Zwelithini Stadium in Umlazi on Saturday and culminates this Sunday. Now in its third year, the tournament features 36 teams from KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape battling for youth football glory.

The final promises a thrilling day with exciting matches, including the two semi-finals and special curtain-raiser games. Since its inception in 2021, the Khabba Cup has rapidly grown into a respected platform for unearthing hidden talent for the Premier Soccer League (PSL).

Football legends like Steve Lekoelea, Siyabonga Sangweni, and Japhet Zwane will be present alongside Hollywoodbets’ Brand Ambassador, Teko Modise. Modise will engage with the media and fans, adding to the day’s festivities. Orlando Pirates assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi is also attending the tournament.

Leading up to the highly anticipated final, exciting matches will take place, including Gospel vs Ukhozi FM and Legends vs Manqoba Mkhize ELEVEN.
