Larsen Appointed Head Coach Of Venda FC

As Sportswire reported earlier today, Venda Football Club has officially announced the appointment of Clinton Larsen as their new head coach.
Larsen will be joined by Solly Luvhengo, who will serve as his assistant at the Motsepe Foundation Championship club.
Larsen steps in to replace Stan Nkoane, who recently resigned from Venda FC to take on a role at JDR Stars. The status of JDR Stars’ club was recently sold to a new businessman from Sekhukhune in Limpopo.
In a statement, Venda FC expressed their excitement about the new era: “Dawn of a new Era. Venda Football Club and its Academy are pleased to announce the appointment of Head Coach and Academy Director, Mr Clinton Larsen and Mr Solly Luvhengo as his assistant. Coach Larsen will announce his technical team in due course.”
Larsen has been without a club since leaving Magesi FC in December of last year. Before his departure, he led Magesi to a significant victory, winning the Carling Knockout Cup title in November by defeating Mamelodi Sundowns in Bloemfontein.
This impressive cup win came just four months after Larsen had guided Magesi to promotion to the PSL top flight by clinching the Motsepe Foundation Championship title.
