The first game of Marumo Gallants in the Betway Premiership of the 2024/25 season against Kaizer Chiefs at Toyota Stadium on Saturday afternoon has been sold out. 

Marumo announced on Friday ahead of their first match in the elite league at Toyota Stadium in Bloemfontein. 

No details were given on the number of tickets that have been for the match that will headline the fixtures this weekend. 

“Our R50 tickets for the open grandstand are officially sold out. Thank you to all the Siwelele fans for the incredible support,” the club said in a statement.  

“Only tickets for the covered grandstand remain available for the stadium.” 

The Dan Malesela-coached side returned to the top flight after purchasing the status of Moroka Swallows during the off-season.      

They have been busy acquainting themselves by signing players such as Kabomelo Mahlatsi, Trevor Mathiane, Xola Mlambo, Tshepo Rikhotso, Lebohang Mabotja, Mbulelo Wagaba, Kopano Thuntsane, Daniel Msendami, Siyabonga Nhlapo, Rewaldo Prins, Sekele Sithole, Washington Arubi and Siyabulela Shai.
