Pirates, Chiefs, And Sundowns Kept Apart In Nedbank Cup Round 32 Draw
The draw for the 2025 Nedbank Cup was conducted on Thursday at the Nedbank headquarters in Sandton. Notably, the top three teams in the Betway Premiership – Orlando Pirates, Kaizer Chiefs, and Mamelodi Sundowns – were kept apart in the Round of 32.
Pirates, who have won this cup for the last two seasons, will travel to face Richards Bay.
Chiefs, who last lifted the trophy in 2013, will visit amateur side Free Agents FC. Sundowns, the 2022 champions, will face another amateur side, Sibanye Golden Stars.
The PSL will announce the official dates, venues, and kick-off times for the matches in due course. The tournament is scheduled to begin towards the end of January.
