Sundowns Drawn In Tough Group F For FIFA Club World Cup

Mamelodi Sundowns have been drawn into a challenging Group F for the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup 2025. The South African giants will face Brazilian side Fluminense, German powerhouse Borussia Dortmund, and South Korean club Ulsan Hyundai.
While Sundowns, drawn from Pot 4, could have been pitted against European giants like Real Madrid or Manchester City (from Pot 1), the draw has been relatively kind to the South African champions.
Meanwhile, Rulani Mokwena’s Wydad Casablanca faces a daunting task in Group G. The Moroccan club will square off against English champions Manchester City, Italian giants Juventus, and UAE side Al Ain.
Elias Mokwana’s ES Esperance have been drawn in Group D alongside Chelsea, Flamengo, and Club León.
Percy Tau’s Al Ahly were drawn in Group A and they will face FC Porto, Palmeiras, and Inter Milan.
The FIFA Club World Cup 2025 will take place in the United States from June 15 to July 13, 2025.
